Our Treatment Approach
Following extensive education and research on the subject of chronic halitosis, Dr. Dailley began treating patients suffering from this problem in 1996 at the Center for Breath Treatment in San Francisco.
Since 1996, Dr. Dailley has treated over 18,000 patients and gained a world of experience in the treatment of this frustrating and sometimes debilitating condition. He has also gained a thorough understanding of the psychological issues that often accompany this embarrassing problem.
Dr. Dailley presently treats patients at his office in Berkeley, just minutes from San Francisco. Our patients travel from all over the world seeking Dr. Dailley’s expertise, and they come from a large cross section of people.
After receiving treatment from Dr. Dailley, many patients will describe their time with us as a life-changing experience. Over the many years of treating this problem, we’ve found that most patients have been suffering in silence with their chronic breath problem for years, or even for many decades.
When we look back at the thousands of patients we’ve treated over the years, some common denominators are apparent. Probably the most common denominator we found is that people suffering from chronic bad breath have typically never fully understood the causes of their condition.
As a result, they’ve led a life of continuous experimentation, trying one product after another, whether they’re products sold in retail stores or through the internet. Many have even sought assistance form their family physician or dentist, but without successful results. The evidence has clearly shown that the most effective way to resolve a chronic bad breath condition is to be seen in person by someone with extensive experience in treating the problem.
By doing this, the origins of that person’s condition can be uncovered and addressed. This has proven to be the key to the success we’ve had with our patients. Once we diagnose the condition and understand the causes, it typically only takes a few days for the problem to be eliminated.
For those patients traveling from out of town, Dr. Dailley developed an accelerated treatment program over twenty years ago that can resolve a patient’s halitosis condition in just two days. Over the years of treating halitosis, we’ve found that the length of time you’ve had a breath condition has no bearing on how difficult it will be to eliminate it.
